Program Objective:

The purpose of this program is to educate individuals in the various facets of customer service and its necessity. Understanding the importance of quality customer service and it's impact on organization's growth and development. 

The sessions enables individuals to understand the role played as the representative of the organization in all customer interaction. Customer service has quickly become the difference between surviving and great success for organizations, people like dealing with people who like dealing with people :-)

Class Schedule

Start Date: April 27th, 2024

Class Times: Fully self study, weekly class recordings will be sent together with course materials. This will be done for six (6) consecutive weeks until program completion. There will be no live classes for this program.
