Programme Objective:
The aim of this program is to enable individuals to gain an appreciation of supervisory management, to understand the significance of interpersonal relationships and personnel related functions within the organization and to develop an understanding of technology and the supervisor’s role.
This program was designed for individuals who have a general interest in the field of supervisory management, working class individuals desirous of promotion or developing a competitive edge over co-workers, or students wishing to prepare for tertiary level education in management studies.
