Program Objective:

The purpose of this program is to educate individuals on the importance of operations management and the role it plays in organizational success. Understanding the importance of operations management and it's impact on organizational stability, growth and development. 

The sessions enables individuals to understand the key components of operations management, the goal of operations management in maximizing operational efficiency and the importance and strategic nature of the decision making process.
