Program Objectives

This program provides candidates with the tools necessary to manage and fully understand the life cycle of a project. The contents will cover the process of project management, identifying the various stages of a project and its relevance to time, cost and overall project quality.

Candidates will learn how to use various project management techniques in planning, organizing, controlling, documenting and terminating their projects successfully.
