This program provides apprentices and professionals with the approaches, tools & And techniques necessary to solve problems and implement effective solutions for

Organizational success.

The contents will cover the history of root causes, theoretical perspectives, process of root cause analysis, its principles, methodologies, frameworks to improve business processes for continuous quality improvement.

Apprentices and professionals will learn how to make decisions within the Organization for strategy, management, measurement and governance by expanding their problem solving, analytical and investigative skills.

• Theoretical Perspectives & and; Principles of Root Cause Analysis.
• A New Paradigm of Root Cause Analysis into organizations'.
• Gather and Managing Data.
• Problem Solving Process.
• How to Reduce the Risk of Errors.
• Performing Root Cause Analysis.
• Application of Root Cause Analysis through Scenarios using Case Studies and examples.
• How to build an Investigative File as a Report.
• Close-out and Evaluation
